MassPay and our payout partners require a copy of your photo ID in order to continue and/or reactivate/unlock your account.
Please provide a copy of your photo ID to us in a format that meets the following criteria:
- photo quality, in color (not a photocopy)
- placed on a dark background
- all edges and corners visible.
- front and back if a card or fully open if a passport
- latin characters
